Crafting compelling, high-quality content is essential to engaging and inspiring audiences. This section highlights my experience creating written, visual, and multimedia materials that align with strategic objectives and drive meaningful engagement.

Project Name: Content Creation for Building Stakeholders

Audience: Teachers, Instructional Coaches, and Administrators 

Responsibilities: Presentation, PD, Content Creation, Content Research

Impact: Presentation done in person over various topics to help improve the instructional practices of each participant.

Project Name: Content Course Creation Tutorial

Audience: Internal Stakeholders/ SS Dept

Responsibilities: Presentation, PD, Content Creation, Video Recording

Impact: Tutorial on using central Learning Management System for Curriculum training for effective Unit resource construction 

Project Name: Science Engagement Strategies Podcast

Audience: Science Department Educator

Responsibilities: Editing Audio, Research, Recording Audio

Impact: Science Dept requested strategies to use in their classrooms that they were not already using. This podcast was created support that need which resulted in higher engagement from students according to survey.

Project Name: Content Infographics

Audience: Science, Social Studies, and ELA educators 

Responsibilities: Graphic Design, Research, Presentation

Impact: Educators in need of training on how to create graphic organizers related to content areas. This resulted in the increased usage of infographics to aid in instruction which improved student performance

Project Name: Social Studies Learning Pathway

Audience: Educators

Responsibilities: Graphic Design, eLearning, Presentation

Impact: Educators were in need of tutorial on how to create eLearning modules for students. This is the module used as an example which increased the usage of eLearning modules for SS Dept.

Project Name: PBIS Flowchart

Audience: Administration

Responsibilities: Design, Presentation

Impact: Admin were in need of visual for behavior flowchart for school which was a mandated district directive. This helped teachers understand how to follow the behavior mandates in order which improved increase appropriate data input.

Project Name: Vocabulary Maintenance for Social Studies Department

Audience: Educators in need of effective vocabulary strategies

Responsibilities: Recording, Presentation, Editing, Content creation

Impact: Educators learned new strategies and school-wide vocabulary initiative was implemented during the remediation period
