Project Name: Mentoring Onboarding Task Video

Audience: Mentor Candidates needing training on tasks they will complete

Responsibilities: Recording, Editing, Research, Presentation

Impact: Video helped Mentors understand the objectives of job which improved competencies and execution of objectives

Project Name: District Classroom Management PD

Audience: District Educators 

Responsibilities: Research, Planning, Instruction, PD, Strategy Implementation

Impact: Provided instruction to district educators for behavior management strategies which resulted in positive feedback & incorporation of district initiatives

Project Name: PBIS Tier 1 Audit of Various Schools

Audience: Administrators

Responsibilities: Analyze data, PD, Operations, Planning

Impact: Admin were notified of areas of improvement and through strategic planning, were provided feedback to accomplish these goals

Project Name: Leadership GEL Standards Presenation

Audience: District Personnel & Leadership Team

Responsibilities: Data Analysis, Observation, Feedback, Curriculum & Development 

Impact: Positive and effective engagement of leadership qualities in areas of need within the district & school level in various ways.

Project Name: CICO training (Check-In/Check-Out) for parents & students

Audience: Stakeholders in Community

Responsibilities: Presentation, PD, Content Creation 

Impact: Both parents and students were trained on how to seek assistance with the CICO system, resulting in increased participation in CICO.
