Integrating technology to transform learning experiences is a passion and priority in my work. This section showcases how I design and implement technology-driven solutions that enhance instruction, empower educators, and support student success.

Project Name: Technology Plan

Audience: Admin, District IT Dept

Responsibilities: Research, Content Development, PD, Analysis of Resources

Impact:Plan for technology integration created to increase student acheivement

Project Name: Fraction Escape Room 

Audience: 4th Grade Students, Educators

Responsibilities: Website design, content creation, standards alignment, interactive puzzle development 

Impact: Strengthened students' understanding of fractions through an engaging, self-paced digital escape room that reinforced math concepts and critical thinking skills

Project Name: Impact Cycle Presentation

Audience: District Stakeholders

Responsibilities: Led multi-school coaching cycles, created data-driven leadership reports, facilitated professional development, and supported district-wide instructional technology events

Impact: Improved teaching practices, enhanced leadership decision-making, and fostered a stronger digital learning culture across participating schools

Project Name: Pizza Party: Time & Money Task

Audience: First Grade students, Educators 

Responsibilities: Designed a hands-on, standards-aligned activity using a pizza ordering theme to reinforce time-telling and coin value recognition skills

Impact: Increased student engagement and understanding of foundational math concepts through a playful, relatable task that integrated problem-solving and real-life application

Project Name: Technology Integration Matrix (TIM) Framework Presentation

Audience: Educators, instructional coaches, and school leaders seeking to evaluate and enhance technology integration in teaching

Responsibilities: Co-led a professional learning session on the TIM framework with interactive activities and guided lesson planning

Impact: Strengthened educators’ ability to integrate technology purposefully and support student-centered learning

Project Name: Instructional Presentations & Resources

Audience: Teachers, classified staff, district leaders, and students across various schools and departments

Responsibilities: Created and delivered presentations and resource materials tailored to each audience’s needs, covering instructional technology, professional skills, and student-focused tools

Impact: Enhanced digital fluency, instructional capacity, and engagement through accessible, targeted learning experiences across stakeholder groups
