Project Name: Behavior Monitoring Tutorial Video

Audience: Staff Members 

Responsibilities: Presentation, Research, Modeling

Impact:Introduction to PBIS Tier II and instruction on processes to use which increased efficient use of purchased SWIS resource

Project Name: PLC Presentation 

Audience: Educators and Staff Members

Responsibilities: PD

Impact: Educators gained a better understanding and purpose of PLCs which improved content planning for departments

Project Name: Community Outreach / Parent Liason video

Audience: District Stakeholders

Responsibilities: Editing Video, PD, Cross-Functional Team collaboration

Impact: Ability to collaborate with Internal & External Core teams to connect with Community Stakeholders regarding best practices for clients. 

Project Name: PBIS Tier I & II Training Video

Audience: Educators and Staff Members

Responsibilities: Presentation, Research, Data Analysis, Instruction

Impact: Informing staff on current data analysis of behavior and increasing knowledge on PBIS interventions

Project Name: ARCS Methodology Video

Audience: Teachers within University of West Georgia 

Responsibilities: Development, Recording Audio, Research

Impact: Educators learned a different method of instruction to implement in their classroom, resulting in improvement in student participation

Project Name: Podcast: Math strategies for students with Learning Disabilities

Audience: Educators needing strategies for math instruction 

Responsibilities: Recording Audio, Editing Audio

Impact: Math department educators were able to learn strategies on their own time, which increased the performance of students with disabilities
